Objective To analyze the literature related to the treatment of pressure injury with moist burn ointment by bibliometrics, clarify the research progress, hot spots and trends in this field, and provide reference for future researchers. Methods The literature on the theme of "moist burn ointment" and "pressure injury" from March 1991 to March 2024 was retrieved based on China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), and the knowledge map analysis of the research progress, research hot spots and trends in this field was performed using CiteSpace software. Results A total of 443 articles were included. The authors and institutions were analyzed. Scholar Zhang Yong published the most papers, a total of 4 papers, and the Department of Surgery of Beijing Xuanwu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Hunan University of Chinese Medicine published 3 papers each. There was a lack of cooperation between institutions and authors; the research hot spots and trends were moist burn ointment, pressure sores, efficacy, combined treatment, and traditional Chinese medicine therapy. Conclusion Moist burn ointment combined with other therapies can effectively treat pressure injuries. In the future, scholars can combine appropriate Chinese medicine nursing techniques to treat pressure injuries, optimize the treatment plan for pressure injuries, and promote the sustainable and steady development of Chinese medicine nursing. |
