| 目的 对比观察湿润烧伤膏（ＭＥＢＯ）与凡士林在治疗前庭大腺囊肿感染切开引流术后创面的临床疗效。方法 前庭大腺囊肿切开引流术后，分别采用湿润烧伤膏油纱条或凡士林油纱条对创面进行换药治疗，观察比较两组患者局部疼痛情况、创面愈合时间及术后复发率。结果 两组患者经换药治疗后创面均愈合，但治疗组（ＭＥＢＯ组）愈合时间（８.４ｄ±１.３ｄ）较对照组（凡士林组） （１３.６ｄ±１.３ｄ） 愈合时间短（Ｐ＜０.０１），局部疼痛例数减少（６.３％与６２.１％）（Ｐ＜０.０１），复发率低（１.３％与２０.３％）（Ｐ＜０.０１）。结论 应用湿润烧伤膏油纱条引流治疗前庭大腺囊肿感染切开引流术后创面，愈合时间明显缩短，疼痛及复发率降低，临床疗效显著。 |

| Objective: To perform a control study on MEBO Ointment and Vaseline in the treatment of bartholin cyst infection after surgical incision and drainage. Methods：Adopt MEBO gauze and Vaseline gauze respectively in the treatment of bartholin cyst after surgical incision and drainage. Observe the local pain, healing time and recurrence rate. Results: All of the wounds in the MEBO group and the Vaseline group healed. But healing time of the MEBO group（8.4±1.3d）was shorter than that of the Vaseline group (13.6±1.3d）（P＜0.01), and there was apparently a decreased number of cases feeling pain （6.25% and 62.1%）（P＜0.01）and lower recurrence rate （1.3% and 20.3%）in MEBO group. Conclusion: Therapeutic efficacy of MEBO Ointment was significant in the treatment of bartholin cyst after surgical incision and drainage with the advantages of short healing time, reduced pain and low recurrence rate. |
