| 目的 观察高原地区湿润暴露疗法及湿润烧伤膏（ＭＥＢＴ／ＭＥＢＯ） 治疗中、小面积烧烫伤的临床疗效。方法 清创后采用湿润烧伤膏换药治疗中、小面积烧伤２６５例，每４ｈ～６ｈ换药１次，加强营养治疗。结果 治疗２６５例，１周治愈６７例，２周治愈１２８例，３周治愈６５例，４周治愈５例，平均愈合天数为１６.５ｄ，总有效率为１００％。结论 高原地区应用ＭＥＢＴ／ＭＥＢＯ治疗早期中、小面积烧伤操作简便，价格低廉，是一种有效的烧伤治疗方法。 |

| Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of MEBT/MEBO in treating medium or small burns and scalds in plateau regions. Methods: 265 patients with medium or small area I degree and II degree burns were treated by administering MEBT/MEBO. Results: 67 cases were cured after one week, 128 were cured after two weeks, 65 were cured after three weeks and 5 were cured after four weeks with a mean healing of 16.5 days and an effectiveness rate of 100%. Conclusion: MEBT/MEBO is an effective approach in the treatment of medium or small burns and scalds at an early stage in plateau regions. |
