Objective To study and analyze the clinical efficacy of MEBO combined with PRP (platelet rich plasma) in the treatment of Wagner 2-3 grade chronic diabetes foot ulcer. Methods From April 2021 to April 2023, 86 patients with Wagner 2-3 grade chronic foot ulcer of diabetes were selected as the research object. They were divided into the test group (43 cases) and the control group (43 cases) according to different treatment methods. The local wounds of the patients in the test group were treated with MEBO combined with PRP. The local wounds of the patients in the control group were treated with PRP alone. The Bates Jensen score of the wounds, changes in serum inflammatory factors and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. After 7 and 14 days of treatment, the Bates Jensen scores (32.14 ± 3.21) and (23.57 ± 2.75) of the experimental group patients were significantly lower than those of the control group patients (35.90 ± 3.60) and (26.77 ± 3.02) (both P<0.05); After 7 days of treatment, the levels of IL-6, TNF - α, and CRP in both groups decreased significantly (P<0.05), and the levels in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After 28 days of treatment, the total effective rate of wound healing in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion MEBO combined with PRP can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of Wagner 2-3 chronic diabetes foot ulcer, reduce the inflammatory reaction of the body, improve the clinical efficacy, and have high clinical application value. |
