【摘要】 目的 分析负压封闭引流联合微氧治疗创伤致四肢软组织缺损创面的临床效果。 方法 选取 2021 年 1 月至 2024 年 1 月建宁县总医院收治的 80 例创伤致四肢软组织缺损患者作为研究对象, 按照创面不同处理方法将其分为研究组 (40 例) 与对照组 (40 例), 研究组患者局部创面于清创等处理后采用负压封闭引流联合微氧治疗, 对照组患者局部创面于清创等处理后采用负压封闭引流治疗, 对比观察两组患者血清炎症因子与血管内皮生长因子水平、临床疗效以及并发症发生情况。 结果 治疗 7、14 d 时, 研究组患者血清白细胞介素-6、C 反应蛋白、降钙素原水平均明显低于对照组, 而血管内皮生长因子水平明显高于对照组 (治疗 7 d: t = 3.917、2.679、3.265、4.823, P<0.001、P= 0.009、P= 0.002、P<0.001; 治疗 14 d: t = 5.400、5.540、6.569、7.778, P 均<0.001); 治疗 14 d 时, 研究组患者临床疗效明显优于对照组 (Z= -2.093, P = 0.036); 治疗期间, 研究组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组 (χ 2 = 5.000, P= 0.025)。 结论 负压封闭引流联合微氧治疗创伤致四肢软组织缺损创面, 有利于降低炎症反应程度, 提高血管修复能力, 促进创面愈合。 |

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of vacuum sealing drainage combined with micro?aerobic therapy in treating limbs soft tissue defects caused by trauma. Methods 80 patients with limbs soft tissue defects caused by trauma admitted to Jianning General Hospital from January 2021 to January 2024 were enrolled as research subjects and divided into the study group (n = 40) and the control group (n = 40) according to the different managements they received for wounds. After debridement and other treatments, the local wounds of the patients in the study group were treated with vacuum sealing drainage combined with micro?aerobic therapy, while those in the control group were treated with vacuum sealing drainage alone. The levels of serum inflammatory factors and vascular endothelial growth factors, clinical efficacy, and the occurrence of complications of patients were compared between the two groups. Results On day 7 and 14 of treatment, the levels of serum interleukin?6, C?reactive protein, and procalcitonin of patients in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group, while the level of vascular endothelial growth factor was significantly higher than that in the control group ( day 7 of treatment: t = 3.917, 2.679, 3.265 and 4.823, P< 0.001, P = 0.009, P = 0.002, P<0.001; day 14 of treatment: t = 5.400, 5.540, 6.569 and 7.778, all P<0.001). On day 14 of treatment, the clinical efficacy of patients in the study group was significantly better than that of the control group (Z = - 2.093, P = 0.036). During the treatment period, the occurrence of complications of patients in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group (χ 2 = 5.000, P= 0.025). Conclusion Vacuum sealing drainage combined with micro?aerobic therapy in treating limbs soft tissue defects caused by trauma can decrease inflammatory responses, enhance vascular repair, and promote wound healing. |
