| 【摘要】 给予 2021 年 3 月 18 日广州市中西医结合医院收治的 1 例阴囊挫伤致会阴部坏死性筋膜炎患者在全身综合治疗基础上, 局部创面于坏死组织清创+扩创术后采用创疡再生医疗技术治疗。 治疗 28 d 后, 创面坏死组织完全清除, 肉芽组织生长良好, 行阴囊创周皮缘修整及二期缝合术。 治疗 35 d 后, 创面完全愈合, 患者出院。 出院后随访 1 年, 阴囊形态完整, 睾丸及附睾功能正常。 |

| 【Abstract】 On March 18, 2021, a patient with perineal necrotizing fasciitis caused by scrotal contusion was admitted to Guangzhou Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital. On the basis of systemic treatments, the local wounds were treated with the regenerative medical technology for wounds and ulcers after necrotic tissue debridement and extended debridement. After 28 days of treatment, wound necrotic tissues were completely removed, and the granulation tissue grew well. Scrotal wound margin trimming and secondary suture were performed. After 35 days of treatment, the wound was completely healed, and the patient was discharged. During the follow?up 1 year after discharge, the scrotal morphology was intact, with normal function of the testes and epididymis. |
