| 【摘要】 给予 2023 年 7 月安徽中医药大学第二附属医院收治的 1 例右足糖尿病性坏疽足趾截趾术后潜腔形成伴感染患者在控制血糖、抗感染、营养神经、改善微循环基础上口服血府逐瘀汤加减, 同时应用湿润烧伤膏+负压封闭引流序贯治疗局部潜腔, 治疗第 60 天潜腔明显缩小, 患者出院; 出院 1 个月后随访, 潜腔愈合, 右足形态及功能恢复良好。 |

| 【Abstract】 A patient with hidden cavity formation and infection following right toe amputation for diabetic gangrene was admitted to The Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine in July 2023. The local hidden cavity received oral administration of modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with application of MEBO and the sequential application of vacuum sealing drainage on the basis of blood glucose control, anti?infection, nerve nourishment and microcirculation improvement. On day 60 of treatment, the hidden cavity was significantly reduced, and the patient was discharged from the hospital. During the follow?up one month after discharge, the hidden cavity was healed, and the right foot presented good morphology and functions. |
