| 【摘要】 慢性难愈合创面具有发病机制复杂、 治疗困难、 医疗费用高等特点， 为满足我国日益增长的各类 慢性难愈合创面预防及治疗需求， 创面修复学科应势而生。 而创面修复学科作为新兴的交叉学科， 目前其医疗体系建设尚不规范、 培训体系尚不完善、 治疗技术尚不标准。 近 １０ 年来， 苏永涛教授团队在付小兵院士团队带领下， 通过建立创面修复学术委员会、 创面修复专科联盟、 创面修复移动工作站以及在山东中医药大学创建研究院并在医学本科教育阶段开设 “组织再生与创面修复学” 课程、 成立创面修复整合医学中心等多种方式对创面修复学科建设进行探索与实践， 摸索出一条切实可行的学科建设经验。 基于此， 本文对其进行了总结分析， 以期为后期准备建设或当前正在建设该学科的医疗机构提供参考。 |

| 【Abstract】 Chronic refractory wounds are characterized by complex pathogenesis, difficult treatment, and high medical costs. The discipline of wound repair has emerged to meet the growing demand for the prevention and treatment of various chronic refractory wounds in China. As a new interdisciplinary field, the medical system, training system, and treatment techniques of wound repair are still not standardized. Over the past decade, under the leadership of Academician FU Xiaobing, Professor SU Yongtao’s team has explored and practiced the construction of the wound repair discipline through various approaches, including establishing the wound repair academic committee, wound repair specialist alliance, and wound repair mobile workstations. Additionally, the team created the Institute of Tissue Regeneration and Wound Repair at Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, introduced the “Tissue Regeneration and Wound Repair” course in undergraduate medical education, and established the Integrative Medical Center for Wound Repair. Based on this, the article summarized and analyzed these experiences to provide references for medical institutions planning to build or currently constructing this discipline. |
