          目的: 探讨化瘀壮骨汤对骨折术后患者功能恢复、骨代谢及下肢静脉血栓形成的影响效果。方法: 取2022年3月至2023年3月我院收治骨折患者82例,依据随机数字表法分成对照组(n=41,常规治疗)、观察组(n=41,常规治疗+化瘀壮骨汤)。比较两组功能恢复情况、骨代谢水平、疼痛评分及下肢静脉血栓形成率。结果: 干预1个月后,观察组功能恢复情况优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组骨碱性磷酸酶水平、疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05),骨形态发生蛋白、骨钙素水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组下肢静脉血栓形成率(4.88%)比对照组(21.95%)低(P<0.05)。结论: 对骨折术后患者应用化瘀壮骨汤,可有效促进功能恢复,调节骨代谢情况,缓解疼痛程度,减少下肢静脉血栓形成。

          Objective: To explore the effect of bone soup on functional recovery, bone metabolism and lower limb venous thrombosis after fracture. Methods: 82 fracture patients from March 2022 to March 2023 were admitted and divided into control group (n=41, conventional treatment) and observation group (n=41, conventional treatment + removing stasis and strengthening bone soup). Functional recovery, bone metabolism level, pain scores, and lower extremity venous thrombosis rate were compared between the two groups. Results: After 1 month of intervention, functional recovery in the observation group was better than the control group (P <0.05), bone alkaline phosphatase level and pain score were lower than the observation group (P <0.05), bone morphogenic protein and osteocalcin level were higher than the control group (P <0.05); thrombosis) was lower than the control group (21.95%) (P <0.05). Conclusion: The application of strengthening bone soup in patients after fracture surgery can effectively promote functional recovery, regulate bone metabolism, relieve pain degree and reduce lower limb venous thrombosis.
