| Objective: To discuss and explore the mechanism of wound management of Burns Regenerative Medicine and Therapy, demonstrate the importance of following its principle of wound management, and standardize the procedure of wound dressing change. Methods: Lab cytological observation study and simulation control study were used to elaborate and demonstrate the evidence and importance of insisting on the principle of wound management of Burns Regenerative Medicine and Therapy when this therapy was performed by moist exposed, semi-exposed or bandaged dressing method. Results: Water, antiseptics, antibiotics and the like all directly damaged human tissue cells and thus were unfavorable for the wound management; Moist Exposed Burn Ointment (MEBO) impregnated oil-dressing used in semi-exposed or bandaged dressing method exerted effects of stabilizing frame-work MEBO dosage form, absorption, smooth drainage and maintenance of a three-dimensional physiologically moist environment on the wound, obviously prolonging and sustaining the effect duration of MEBO on the wound with efficacy almost equal to moist exposed dressing method. Conclusion: In clinical application of Burns Regenerative Medicine and Therapy, no matter what dressing method is used, i.e. moist exposed, semi-exposed or bandaged dressing method, optimal results of in situ regeneration of skin tissue and organ could be achieved as long as principle and standard procedure of wound management are followed strictly. |
